MEDICAL MASSAGE

POSTNATAL - POSTPARTUM TREATMENT

This treatment helps you remove water retention caused by epidural OR PITOCIN (IF YOU WERE INDUCED) and excess of fluids post delivery, improves the posture as your center of gravity shifts during the pregnancy and rapidly after delivery.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Deep tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscle and the connective tissue or fascia. It is often recommended for individuals who experience consistent pain, are involved in heavy physical activity (such as athletes), and those who have sustained physical injury. It iS common for receivers of deep tissue massage to have their pain replaced with SOME muscle SORENESS for a day or two.

SPORTS MASSAGE

An active massage that includes stretching, range of motion and both active and passive release of sport specific muscle groups and trigger points.
